Nicole's Funny

So I am all new at this whole ebay thing so anyway I go on there just looking around and found some really cool deals and I go all excited and tell Warren what I found and what I wanted to order and he is like okay cool, he is one of those men that brings home the pay check if you know what I mean, he just gives me the money and I take care of the bills lol and some extras sometimes lmao! But anyway I am all excited all week waiting on my packages, so yesterday nothing still did not come but anyway I ordered this cd player/dvd player for my truck that will attach to this 15 inch tv screen I have in back for the boys but anyway thats what I thought I ordered when my package finally arrives its a cd with a list of wholesale radios, cd players, dvd players etc; So I head back to my laptop and look at the description and there it is in bold black this is not a dvd player it is a list of wholesale dvd payers you can purchase. The bad thing is it was such a good price I bought 2, so now I have 2 cds with the wholesale listing of dvd players anyone need one!lol and the price is what should have warned me but I was to busy looking at the cheap price of 24.99 lmao! So I threw 50 bucks down the internet drain! I couldn't do nothing but laugh at myself and you should have heard Warren laughing at me, I have been the topic of all jokes today haha hell....

Sheer Cover

So I thought I would let you all know first hand about the sheer cover makeup, I know you see it on tv all the time because so did I so I finally tried it out and I honestly do like it, I mean you feel like you have no makeup on and look like you just applied a foundation, I really liked it and will continue to use it, it is also I really good deal you get a 60 day supply with free shipping for 29.99 and some cool freebies also.

The boys

So I talked moma into taking the boys home with her yesterday so I could catch up on some well needed rest and go to the doctor today but now I am really missing them like crazy, I can't wait for them to come home. Its like when you finally get a break, then you start missing them and you are ready for them to come home. I just finished talking with them on the phone and I felt like I was going to start crying and they have only been gone one night! I love my boys and miss them bunches, Tristan is at home still grounded for his horrible report card, everyone use to tell me the reason he was acting out was because he did not have any medicine but since he has been on his medicine he has went from AB honor roll to NO honor roll so you tell me, he is just playing in class and not trying to do his work, we will study spelling words all week long and he will know how to spell every word but when I get his test back he missed alot of the words but that comes from not paying attention and not caring. I had a long talk with him today about trying harder and paying attention in class but I don't think he takes it serious I mean come on he is a kid with one thing on his mind playing and he just doesn't understand the importance of school and he probably want until like me he is already out and wishes he would have tried harder. MY opinion of the ADHD medicine is it is a way for parents and grandparents not to have to deal with the child, I mean he really isn't hyper if you ask me I mean I do have 5 boys but he is just a kid? Aren't kids suppose to be hyper and a little out of control! I mean don't get me wrong Tristan is a great son, very smart, loving and alot of help but he just has some difficulty controling his self away from home and all that is,is that he probably knows that they can't just send him to his room like Warren and I can so he takes advantage of that alittle and talks them to death and ask them a million questions where I would be like Tristan shut up, they can't or at least they think they can't if you ask me I say go for it TELL HIM TO SIT DOWN AND SHUT UP! but anyway he kinda takes advantage of their niceness lol! So anyway we will continue to dope up our son as told is best for him!! lmao

Sick Tuesday

So I have been having problems with my Gaul bladder. I keep putting off going to the doctor to schedule the surgery because of work and family activities, but I woke up last night in severe pain again so I got up this morning and finally schedule a doctors appointment, so I can finally get this took care of. Hopefully the surgery process want be to bad on me, I am a little scary went it comes to my health issues and having any type of medical procedures but I know it will be better to get it took care of as soon as possible. So wish me luck and keep me in your prayers.

Lazy Monday

So I went to work this morning for a few hours after it took me an extra 30 minutes to get going. We did some cleaning and past out some notices to residents around lunch time I had decided to talk moma into taking the kids home with her for the night, I told her me and Warren were going to ride the bike since it was a pretty day, so I help her load up all the kids, extra snacks and plenty of clothes and movies, as soon as they left, I sent Warren on a bike ride and I sat on the couch with my pajamas, candy and my laptop. Lazy Monday is really nice, I think I might try it again soon!

State Inspection

Okay so we had our annual state inspection on friday. We worked really hard these last two weeks to make sure everything was perfect. My boss showed up around 9am and we double checked everything and then the state inspector showed up around 10:30am, he walked in and told me his name which I don't recall but he was a really nice guy and we joked around and had a really good inspection, with a perfect score. yah!! So our boss gave us the rest of the day off for doing such a great job! So we went out to lunch and then decided to go pick up Warren's new bike, on the way out we stopped by the eye doctor to pick up my new glasses, so I put the glasses on and was just in amazement of all I had missed, the town was so beautiful and so we are on our way to Thorsby and I was just looking out the window and everything was just so beautiful, I saw houses I have never seen before, I don't really know if it was really the new glasses or the idea that I was actually taking a minute to just look around at everything and actually paying attention to what was there and the beauty of it all. Its just that I am so busy with a full time job and trying to raise 5 boys I never really have the time to stop and pay attention so I am missing so much and it just seems like since November we have been so busy with the holidays, the state inspection and finishing up the redecorating of our townhouse and I we are ready for alittle relaxation. So I convinced myself to let the house work wait and we have been really enjoying the weekend, I even went to get a pedicure this morning which was really nice since I paid for an extra leg and foot massage lol. Brenda came over to help out with the boys and catch up the house work for me so me and Warren can have alittle free time which has been really nice. So he has been getting a little game play in and I have had alittle time for myself.

Warren's new bike

Okay so we finally found Warren the perfect street bike. We got off work early after our big state inspection which went really well, we made a perfect score! So we go and pick up the new bike and it was already getting kinda late so we went on to action motor sports to purchase new matching helmets and jackets, convinced that I am going to enjoy this bike and try and ride with him. So we get there and needless to say I never imagined helmets and jackets to be so expensive but lets just say we came out with two new helmets and two new jackets. We are all excited about our bike ride this morning, but when we got up it was raining I was so bummed and really wanted to go for a ride so finally it quit raining and me and Warren suited up in our new jackets and new helmets and off we go, I was really scared and nervous at first considering this was my first bike ride. Thankfully he was easy with me and didn't scare me but one time. We rode to Clanton, by time we got there I was freezing so we went by and showed a few friends the new bike and then headed to wal-mart for gloves and thermals. We went over to mom's house and she wasn't home so I suited up and we get back on the road, we stopped by Shoney's and ate and then we head back home because the sun was already going down and we knew we were in for a cold trip, we were completely froze by the time we made it back home, it took a while for us to thow out. lol All in all my first bike ride was alot fun and I am looking forward to the summer and more bike rides.

Emergency Room Visit

So about 4AM Wednesday morning Warren had to take me to the emergency room, I had a serious pain in my lower right abdomen. So we sign in and have a seat, no one was there and the lady at the front desk kept falling asleep so it took her even longer to turn in the paperwork, finally they call us back and first of all the nurse pulls up my whole history and ask me about stuff I didn't even know about. Isn't it cool how everything is so technical these days? You can access just about anything in no time. Well anyway we stayed there till about 9am to find out that I have Gaul stones and that I need to have surgery soon, so we were starving and stopped by the local Waffle house and Warren said I kept falling asleep from the meds, he said it was so funny I of course don't recall. So we came home and took a nap for a few hours and then got up and begin more inspection prep.

Tyus boys

Okay so this is my first real blog and starting this blog was more work than I was in for and when I was just about to give up I think I finally figured it out yah! So anyway I thought my first blog would be a update on the boys. Tristan is 9 and in 3rd grade. He is very smart and loves to sing. Jaxon is 4 and loves his video games, he got the new mortal kombat game and he couldn't find it this morning so Warren told him he had to look for it, he was all upset because he couldn't find it. When we came home for lunch mom said he came running down the stairs so excited because he had finally found his game. When he realized we were home, he came down the stairs and said look momma and daddy I found my game with a big smile on his face. Games are his life and as long as he has them he is happy. Zander is 4 and is very hyper and very curious. He likes to ride his bike and loves his brothers. He loves to talk and wants to show you everything. He is always saying look moma look. Braydon is 3 and is always into something. He never listens and thinks he can do whatever he wants. He is very active and never sits down. He is a handfull all by himself. Lucas oh my sweet Lucas, he is almost 3 months and is now 11lbs 14oz, he only likes to sleep when you can't, loves to hold his head up and look around. He is so sweet and very easy to spoil. Warren calls him the arm baby lol, he loves to be in your arms and usually falls asleep soon after. He is growing so fast and I know he is my last and I would love for him to be a baby forever but I know he must grow on. We are all doing well, Warren is looking in to purchasing a new street bike, so he can worry me to death. I am working on my annual state inspection at work and have alot to do, so I will be so glad when this friday is over so I can get back to my normal schedule. It has been crazy since Thanksgiving and I will be so happy when it is all over and I can get some well needed rest. I finally got my new laptop I have been wanting forever. I love it and love the fact that I can carry it around wherever I need to go and have all my personal info and bookmarks always at my fingertips. I went to the eye dr today and found out my vision was worse than I thought I am trying out contacts and also ordered new glasses, I really liked the contacts so far, I wore them all day today and couldn't believe how well I could see I kept reading everything. I have to get ready for bed now but I will try and post new blogs soon. I hope this got everyone caught up in our hectic lives.

R.I.P Uncle Smokey 12/27/2008

Two days after Christmas this year our family lost the one and only man who never left us. Growing up without your father can be hard at times, but when you have someone who is so special that they can feel that void for you it is unexplainable the love you have for them. To have a uncle who can not only be the best uncle in the world but who also treats you just as his own child and love and do for you without even a second thought is a great feeling. I always knew from the first day we found out he was sick that the day he went to heaven would be one of the hardest days I would ever have to face in my adult life, but I never imagined it to impact me as bad as it has, I never stop thinking of him and every song I here in some way or another always bring back memories I shared with him as a child and as an adult. He was the greatest man I ever knew, there was nothing he would not do for his family and he loved all of us unconditionally. He will never know the love we had for him or the fact that the love he had for us made us into the parents and family we are today! I just hope oneday I get the chance to thank him for all he has done for me, from the christmas gifts as a child that my mom could not afford, cooking breakfast for me on the weekends as a child, the random family trips, always making me feel at home, walking down the aisle at my wedding or even the never forgetful yell of GO ONION ( wish was a nickname he gave me as a child with no hair lol) as I accepted my diploma the night of my high school graduation, eventhough then it was alittle embarassing I will always have that memory in my heart and I am thankful for the precious time I had to spend on earth with him. He trully was a great man and he will be missed so very much and if their is one thing I can say to him now it would be thank you for everything and I love you! I also want to say thank you to my Aunt Brenda who is like a second mom to me (I am even named after her) for all she has done and all she will do for me and my precious family, to the cousins who were more like a brother and sisters thank you for sharing the greatest father ever with all your wonderful cousins, we trully are greatful for the oppurtunity to love him as you did. Our family is in a stage of grief at this time and I imagine it will be a long time coming until we are trully over the loss of our father, uncle, husband, grandfather, brother and son but I have peace in my heart that I will oneday get a chance to be with him again.
