Getting back to normal....

So we have had a very hectic week, I start it off getting out of the hospital. So I am suppose to be off work this week, but my work day is never over I have people calling me, coming by my house and the never ending messages to return. I have been home just about all week trying to get well and then the baby Lucas gets sick last night so we are at the hospital all night and we are on our way home and he starts coughing, so it was dark and I flip the visor down so the light will shine on him and I can watch him why I drive us home, since we were all alone, Warren had to stay home with the other boys, so as soon as I flip the visor down the car next to me slams on their brakes and jumps behind me of course my luck its a state trooper and I guess when I flipped the visor light on he assumed I was doing something illegal so he starts shining his bright spot light all in my eyes and all in the car, I hold my arms up like he asks and he checks my id and I explain to him what I was doing and so he lets me go so we get home around 1am and just as we figured we had a long night a head of us, Lucas was up and down all night coughing and we were doing all we could to keep him comfortable. We had the humidifier going and we had pedialite going by the bottles to keep him from dehydrating so we made it through the night and I go into the office for about an hour this morning to catch up on some paperwork, I then come home and snuggle up to Lucas for a quick nap, mom was here helping get the house back in order and catching up on the laundry thank goodness..
So she leaves around 2pm, the next helper arrives around 3pm to sit with Lucas so I could clean up the upstairs, I get that done and then its dinner time, Warren insists on trying out the new Italian Restaurant for the third time I do believe we have gave them a fair shot to get it right but it just gets worse every time I mean I know how convenient it is that the biracial family sits and waits 30 minutes to be waited on, why couldn't it have been the white couple next to us, I just don't know but it was diffidently not good service for our first visit and then Warren takes the boys there for lunch on Wednesday and he said they charged him full price for the buffet for two 3 year old I mean come on they may eat what one slice and then he said there was no more pizza for him to eat for at least 30 minutes, so why he wanted to eat there again I don't know but we do and this time we order pasta for ourselves and pizza for the boys, lets just put it this way we have earned the right to judge and we have decided to stick with pizza only and we will pick it up and bring it home but you have to wait at least an extra 30 minutes before you leave the house because all they have working there is a bunch of preppy kids that have never worked a day in there life let me tell you, okay enough talk about Little Italy but they suck...so we finally finish dinner after we realize we have no garlic bread for our frozen straight out of the box pasta which was horrible but anyway we work on the laundry and the boys practice their abc's thanks to the teacher Mr. Tristan who is very generous when grading papers and thankfully sends my children home with all A's. lol Well anyway we have now we have finally made it to bedtime snack thank goodness..so the choice is rice krispie treats or chez its of course who ever choice rice krispie treats now wants chez its, don't you just love children..bedtime for babies now..and quiet time for mommy and daddy, so anyway to end this blog we have been very busy and have had a very hectic week and I only pray that this weekend brings our family time to get back on track and get our lives back to normal, We are doing a full house and car cleaning with plenty of lysol to kill the ever so deadly bug we are passing back and forth and hopefully be able to start a fresh week of a clean house and no more sick babies. Keep us in your prayers..
